WHO WE ARE
As the soccer landscape in the U.S. continues to evolve, TECCE FC is dedicated to supporting talented players from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the necessary resources, support, and exposure to advance their careers.
We work with top professional free agents—domestically and abroad—whose profiles include experience in leagues such as MLS, USL, MLS Next Pro, and CPL, as well as top-graduating collegiate, USL2, and NPSL talent seeking their first contract or transfer market experience.
TECCE FC recognizes that recent changes at the collegiate level, including the introduction of the Transfer Portal, adjustments to NCAA roster sizes, an additional year granted to JUCO players, and the influx of older international players, have created significant hurdles for domestic talent. These shifts have raised the average age of college players by two years, disproportionately affecting promising true freshmen and U21 athletes. Consequently, many talented players are becoming marginalized and finding it increasingly difficult to secure a place in the game.
We provide our players with the time, environment, and connections needed to bridge the gap that now exists in our soccer system for this player population.
WHO DO WE WORK WITH
We work with elite players ages 18-30 who are trying to pursue high level opportunities in the U.S. These players include home grown players graduating from the youth and high school ranks seeking opportunities and offers , international players trying to break into the college system , players in the transfer portal seeking other opportunities, as well as agent represented players being marketed in the U.S.
